Booking Policy

DEPOSIT POLICY:

  • When you book a service via email, you must advance for this reservation. In this case, if you can pay by direct transfer or pay via the online payment service called Onepay for Visa/Master card. (Note, you must pay an additional fee of 2.75% for this payment method)

CHILD POLICY:

  • Children under the age of 3: free
  • Children from the age of 3 to below 12: 50% adult ticket
  • Children of age 12 and over: 100% adult ticket

CANCELATION POLICY:

  • To cancel a booked service, note cancellation charges will be applied based on the service time from the date of service as follows:

+ For services canceled within 24 hours: no cancellation charge

+ For services canceled after 24 hours and before 12 hours: 50% cancellation charge

+ For services canceled within 12 hours: 100% cancellation charge

NOTE:

  • To secure the reservation of services, our sales department will request you to make advance payment (deposit) for the booked service. If you cancel the service, which arises a penalty fee as prescribed above, such advance payment will be refunded together with the penalty fee (if any). Refund process shall be done within 7 - 21 working days depending on the intermediary bank. Unfortunately, cancellation charge shall be charged if you cancel after 48 hours. PAYMENT POLICY:

  • Pay in cash or by transfer into the account provided
  • Pay an additional fee of 3% if you pay by credit cards (Visa/Master)
