08:30 The driver and chef will pick you up at the Hotel, where you will begin your journey on the Piaggio Vespa from the 80s of the previous century. It is also a precious time to experience the feeling of sitting behind a Vespa crossing the street, village roads to a bustling local market. Our chefs will introduce and guide you to choose the necessary foods in this market.

09:45 - 10:00 Take a rest and enjoy coffee at the coffee shop next to the market.

10:00 - 11:00 The next part of the program will take place at KyBiM Mo organic vegetable garden. Here, while the chef will help you prepare ingredients to learn to cook, you will be guided to visit, learn about the model of organic vegetable growing, learn how to cultivate the soil, fertilize. and growing vegetables according to traditional methods.

11:00 - 13:30 You can experience making rice paper hand-made, such as grinding flour and pasta before joining the chef to learn how to cook dishes with prepared ingredients. DEPOSIT POLICY:

- When you book a service via email, you must advance for this reservation. In this case, if you can pay by direct transfer or pay via the online payment service called Onepay for Visa/Master card. (Note, you must pay an additional fee of 2.75% for this payment method)

CHILD POLICY:

- Children under the age of 3: free

- Children from the age of 3 to below 12: 50% adult ticket

- Children of age 12 and over: 100% adult ticket

CANCELATION POLICY:

- To cancel a booked service, note cancellation charges will be applied based on the service time from the date of service as follows:

+ For services canceled within 24 hours: no cancellation charge

+ For services canceled after 24 hours and before 12 hours: 50% cancellation charge

+ For services canceled within 12 hours: 100% cancellation charge

NOTE: To secure the reservation of services, our sales department will request you to make advance payment (deposit) for the booked service. If you cancel the service, which arises a penalty fee as prescribed above, such advance payment will be refunded together with the penalty fee (if any). Refund process shall be done within 7 - 21 working days depending on the intermediary bank. Unfortunately, cancellation charge shall be charged if you cancel after 48 hours.
