Fruit vegetables include gourd, squash, loopah, tomato, eggplant, melon, etc. Compared with leaf vegetables, the growth and development time of fruit vegetables is longer. Due to the growth of fruits, their growth and development process is also divided into flowering, fruiting stages, etc. Compared to fruit trees, fruit vegetables are short-lived (annual) trees and fruit trees are perennial trees. On the other hand, fruit trees fruit seasonally with one crop per season while fruit vegetables flower, fruit, grow fruits in several times and continuously throughout the life of trees.
